The Story

IT Leaders live very stressful lives.

For the past 4 years I've had to deal with huge pressure. I needed to lead a team of people, get my act together and at the same time, service the growing demands of my customers.

In the past I used to do meditation or going to the gym to deal with these. But I just didn’t have the time to invest to get significant results. I had to do something different.

The solution it had to:

  • Take very little time (otherwise I wouldn’t do it)

  • It had to be very, very, very, very simple (otherwise I would procrastinate)

  • It had to be very practical

  • It had to give me a sense of satisfaction

  • It had to help me grow and adapt daily

  • I needed to feel it in my DNA

This is when I’ve started doing one more push up every day. I started at 24 to not break a sweat. Then slowly but gradually increased. Every day.

This was August 2023. Fast forward 17 months, more than 450 push ups done every day have have helped me increase by more than 5 kg of muscle. The health professional I've been working on since 2017 told me that I'm doing great. "Keep doing what you're doing!"

3 months in, I've started sharing this with people. I was feeling great!

Some people were interested, others less, however, things started to catch on and people started listening. Some did push-ups, others did plank, others abdomen crunches, you name it. Each person did their own thing.

So I started working with more and more leaders in my network who needed that extra hint of energy. That extra boost to not only get through the day, but to thrive and feel like winners again.

It’s been almost two years since and the magic has started to happen.

At AXP we feel that we are ready to show this to leaders and help them improve their emotional wellbeing through powerful, practical techniques which don’t take too much of their time.
