Scrum Master Training

It covers the principles and theory of the (empirical) processes underlying the Scrum framework and the role of the Scrum Master in it. This course is a combination of team-based instruction and exercises and teaches what is at the heart of the Scrum and Agile movement. The course is a combination of team-based theories and exercises that will help participants understand the role of an Agile facilitator and how to train teams for greater efficiency..
